The Foolproof 3-Step Prep: Clean, Tone, Moisturize Healthy skin is skin that is cleaned and nurtured on a daily basis. For the delicate skin on your face and neck there’s a foolproof 3-step regimen that has been used for years: Clean – A soap-free cleanser will clear out the pores so they don’t become clogged. When pores can’t breathe acne can become a problem. Tone – A toner helps to restore pH balance to the skin after cleaning. Moisturize – Moisturizer helps to keep the skin elastic and corrects dehydration issues. This step alone can soften some fine lines. Follow these three steps each day and you’ll have skin that’s fresh and prepped for a myriad of beauty products. Injectables One of the fastest growing segments of the skincare industry is injectables. The group includes nerve blockers like Botox and fillers like Juvederm and Restylane that smooth out wrinkles. Both are now standard tools for turning back the hands of time without the need for surgery or downtime. The Botox® Orange County specialists at OC Dermatology have seen the growth firsthand. No matter what complexion you have it’s possible to suffer skin damage from the sun’s rays. The good news is today’s sunscreen is nothing like the cakey, chalky cream from decades ago. Makers are also infusing sunscreen with other ingredients that provide skin benefits. It’s not uncommon to see Vitamin C and other antioxidants make an appearance on the ingredients list of best-selling sunscreens.

The 1 Reason Christian Grey Looks So Much Sexier in Fifty Shades Darker
If you find yourself getting slightly more aroused watching Fifty Shades Darker than you did first movie, we have a theory.
There was backlash over Fifty Shades of Grey that Jamie Dornan's portrayal of Christian Grey just wasn't hot enough. So this time Jamie brought it - and a little something extra. And by that, we are referring to the slight scruff on his chiseled face.
According to a USA Today interview, Dornan prepped for the sequel by tanning, getting more muscle mass, and growing some scruff. "Shaving every day sucks," he said. "It's also a weird psychological thing, but ... I feel very exposed and naked with a shaved face."
This is a diversion from author E. L. James's wrote. In the books Christian is described as clean-shaven. Hey, this guys is - um - anal and pretty type A. But as we said, fans complained that Jamie-as-Christian needed to be edgier and many wanted him to rock a bit of facial hair. There was even a petition for him to sport some stubble.
Team Beard won, and if you can tell from the photos, Jamie looks smokin'. That said, anytime a movie diverts from the book, fans tend to get riled up. So, which do you prefer: clean-cut Christian or stubbly Christian?
