You might have seen this quote floating around out there: January Jones told the Grazia Daily that she is losing her hair all 'cause she keeps dying it!
Yup, good ol' hair damage is making her hair break off. And here's what she had to say about it: "I have been every colour and now my hair is falling out in clumps. I’ve been blonde, red with extensions for this film, then blonde, then black, and now blonde again. I’m going to have to shave it off and wear a wig."
Yikes. She might be exaggerating, and, actually, I think January would look kinda cool bald. But this all brings up a good point: Doing too much to your hair is a really bad thing, even if you have access to the fanciest hairstylists and hair products. So keep that in mind, you fickle-hair-color-changers. Hair can only take so much. And remember— damaged hair isn't can't be repaired—sure, it grows, but the stuff hanging on your head isn't alive and can't heal the way your skin can. So go forth with caution.
Are you guilty of this hair crime, too?
