I love shadow eye pencils. When I use them, I feel as if I'm an artist like my talented daughter.
And Avon's Big Color Dual-Ended Eye Pencils are my new colour tools that are making me feel like a master! Ok, maybe an apprentice. I did draw when I was younger though, so I can safely say that's where Marky got her talent from. Terry can't even draw a circle. Everything looks pointy when he draws and we laugh so much at the poor guy.
I have four of the five Avon Big Color Dual-Ended Eye Pencils to show you. Pictured from the bottom up are Silver Smoke, Perfect Nudes, Go to Greens, and Plum Perfection. There's also one called Blue Smoke.
And looky! I actually swatched them in the same order! I'm finally getting the hang of this swatching thing after all these years:

Having two shades in one pencil makes these AVON Big Color Dual-Ended Eye Pencils pretty amazing! They are CREAMY though. Like REALLY creamy. Creamy is one of those words that I always think is spelled wrong. It should have two ms in there dontcha' think? It would really emphasize how creamy something is. Creammy. Nah, maybe 3 would be better: creammmy. Yeah. Three is better!
Anyways, they have pretty good slip, so you have plenty of time to blend before they set. But that can also lead to some patchiness in application as well, especially with the shades that have some glitter in them. If you let a layer dry, and then apply another one, that helps with patchy areas.
On the left eye I used Silver on the bottom lash line and on the outer outer V on the lid and blended it into the crease. I then used the bright green from Go to Greens on the rest of the lid and the light goldy green as a highlight on the inner corner. On the right eye I used the darker side of Plum Perfection on the lid and then the brown from Perfect nudes on the outer V and blended it into the crease. On the bottom lash line is the peachy shade and the brown shade as liners.
They do lose some vibrancy when you blend them as you can see, but I took some different angled shots so that you can see the shine and sparkle are still there. They are really pretty on the eye!
Over a primer, I got pretty good wear from them which was about 7 hours before they started fading. If you have normal lids these would last all day for you for sure. They are supposed to be waterproof as well, but I didn't test that out -sorry! I forgot! Well, I not really. I removed my makeup and THEN read the info about them. Silly Tracy! But I figure who's gonna go dipping in water with all this eye makeup on anyways, right? Not this old lady!
