Kate Middleton is typically known for her perfectly polished blowouts, but even the Duchess of Cambridge has to deal with weather disturbances now and then. For the kickoff to her much-hyped tour (it's the first official royal trip for son Prince George), the Duchess paired a half-up style with a perfect red pillbox hat upon arriving in New Zealand.
