By now, we’re all used to Givenchy’s handbag MO: a solid stable of distinctive, fan-favorite shapes, made over for each season with a few tweaked details and one or two hyper-distinctive prints. In the recent past, it’s been gonzo florals, cartoon deer and the Virgin Mary, but for Givenchy Fall 2014, creative director Riccardo Tisci is taking a largely stripped-down approach to his brand’s accessories.
