Mindy Kaling was representin' for her friend (and Mindy Project costar) Chris Messina at the premiere of his directorial debut Alex of Venice. And she did it in an incredibly adorable headband.

According to her Instagram feed, her stylist Christopher Naselli chose this piece, a Lelet NY head wrap that she called her "tiny little Coachella homage."
And from a little tour of the site, it appears to me that we're looking at a crystal version of the line's Sandra Cabochon and Chain Headwrap. It's a thinnish chain with studs across the middle.
