I bought the NARS new concealer when I was at The Makeup Show LA a few weeks ago. I have been using it every day since I bought it and ready to now give my review. I definitely needed to find a new concealer since the one I was using was not giving me enough coverage. I knew this would be the best time to switch and try out something new. My Review:
Since
I have dry skin I need a concealer that's not going to look drying or
caked on my skin. The formula is indeed creamy and easy to blend. I use
either my fingers or a brush to blend it out and it makes my skin look
smoother. It will cover up your redness or imperfections completely but
still feeling lightweight. If I put this on my problem areas, I can just
use this without even wearing a foundation. This will give me enough
coverage to wear just the concealer which is amazing.The wear throughout
the day was great and I had no problems with creasing or fading.
The
only downside that I can think of is the price. I went from a $6.99 to a
$28 concealer but I can definitely tell the difference. The one I was
using before wasn't giving me enough coverage and the formula was thin
and slightly watery compared to this NARS one. The price is kind of
crazy right? $28 for a concealer, but when you buy NARS you usually know
you are getting a good product and this is a great product.
