L’Oreal recently launched a new line of products, calling it their Advanced Hair Care line. The line has five different systems intended to work for women with different issues. The company is also trying to do something else with the line, changing the culture of U.S. women’s hair care. According to Happi.com, 70 percent of Japanese and 80 percent of Brazilians use multistep hair care routines.
