Olivia Wilde is on the cover of Marie Claire this month so the magazine threw a party in her honor last night. Olivia donned a cute Monique Lhuillier dress from the Resort 2013 collection and something we rarely see on green eyes: bright blue eye makeup. Olivia Wilde is a brand ambassador for Revlon, but this look wasn't by done by their people (I confirmed with Revlon PR), so your guess is as good as mine: eyeliner? eye shadow? Do you like blue eye makeup on green eyes?
