I do tend to drive manicurists a bit nuts; while they are trying to do the business at hand, I'm busy scrabbling down notes about beauty products and treatments from whatever magazine is on my lap.
While reading Allure last week, they had a great round up on what some of the top Dermatologists like to recommend to their patients. It particularly resonates with me, when said Dr. has his own line of products and still recommends other brands.
I have become aware of Dr. David Colbert recently. He is N.Y. based and has a large celebrity clientele. He is also a fan of La Peau Skincare, a favorite of mine, and recommends applying it after his signature TRIAD treatment, which combines microdermabrasion and a glycolic acid peel.
Naturally I'm dying to have one and would happily report on it...
