Kelly Osborne's intense sunburn left me cringing this morning, when she posted this picture on Twitter with the hashtag #ImSmart!
Pretty brutal, right? We recently posted a story, "WTF! Why Are So Many Women Still Getting Skin Cancer?" that talked about how "in the past few decades, the incidence of melanoma has shot up 800 percent among women ages 18 to 39, twice the rate of same-aged men." A few reasons: visiting tanning beds and not having a good dermatologist to check in with. I don't want to get too heavy handed here, but it's worth checking out the story if haven't already.
I don't know about you but these days, I slather myself in SPF 50 everyday before I leave home. It's kind of aggressive but I think it will pay off in the end!
When was the last time you had a bad burn? Are you a sunscreen convert?
