I'll get to the bangs in a minute... Glamour was quick with the scoop on their blog. First Lady Michelle Obama chose a navy coat and dress by Thom Browne, the Allentown, Pennsylvania-born designer who was, until recently, primarily known for designing menswear. In fact, the fabric was developed based on the style of a men's silk tie. Her belt: J. Crew. Cardigan: Reed Krakoff. Necklace: Cathy Waterman and, the all important boots? Once again, J. Crew. Everything the first lady wore today will go to the National Archives after the inauguration. And, now for the bangs. LOVE! I see Johnny Wright is still getting the job done. It's almost cliche to say that a new hairstyle represents a fresh start, but it works here. I think it's a good look for the first lady.
