This pretty much sums up my week.
I did terrible on my diet, decent on going to the gym and don't get me started on work. sigh.
The good news is that this week I got my March Birchbox and while it wasn't 100% amazing, it did have at least one decent thing in it. Here's what I got:
Dr. Lipp Miracle Balm Don't let the name fool you (like it did me) this actually works for more than just lips. The back of the bottle says that you can use it for dry skin, cuticles, lips, eye brow taming, and then glossy cheeks or eyes. I mean really with the glossy cheeks or eyes but I did try this on the lips and then the cuticles. It's ok, not fantastic. I think the price is very appropriate though ($16.50) which makes me think that maybe I won't rule this out too fast...
Number 4 Lumiere dhiver Fluoro5 Elixer Restore & Repair Oil The award for longest name goes to this hair oil. I can assure you that I will not be trying this hair oil. I'm not into it. It says it's supposed to give dry/dull hair some shine, but I'm not all about it. Sorry guys.
theBalm Stainiac This is another item that I'm not really into. I've tried several different cheek/lip tints and have yet to find one I like. There's nothing wrong with this product, and it actually blends out pretty nicely, but it's just not my type of product. I am dying to try the Stila Aqua Glow Watercolor Blush which I think may be like this.
Wilma Schumann Skin Care Hydrating Collagen Eye Pads If you follow me on Snapchat you'll know that I was excited about trying these out, but when I put them on my face, aside from the fact that they felt like I was putting snails on my face, it actually made my skin burn so I had to take them off. Based on that experience I can't recommend these.
Cargo Land Down Under Eye Shadow Palette YAAAS! I'm so excited. I've been dying to get my hands on some Cargo products and while I know they're sold on Kohl's, I never think of going there and spending some cash on makeup. I love how pigmented these shadows are, and I'm going to be picking up the palette I'm sure.
