Chances are, unless you've been living under a rock this past year, you've heard of the HBO series, GIRLS. Considered the millenials' version of Sex and the City, the comedic show follows a group of 20 somethings around New York City, chartering their love lives and attempts to have a professional life.
The show has received both criticism and praise. Some consider the writer and star actress, Lena Dunham, to be self-obsessed, while others applaud her for boldly stripping down to her skivies with a body that comes nowhere close to the size of Sarah Jessica Parker. The series has many controversial elements from a lack of diversity in the first season's cast to the characters being too self centered. While the show may (or may not) have flaws, everyone is talking about it.
What do you guys think? Do you love it or hate it? Tell us why!
