I was never a big fan of fabric softeners because I often forgot about adding them until it was too late. Then I became a Purex Insider and discovered Purex Crystals, which really does seem to infuse lasting freshness without building up in the fabrics of your clothes like traditional ones.
As you can imagine when I learned the company came out with a new product that has both reliable cleaning powers of Purex, now with DirtLift Action along with that amazing scent, I had to try their Purex Detergent Plus Fabric Softener with Crystals Fragrance.
The load of laundry I did came out very nice except the scent wasn't as strong as when also adding Purex Crystals. Nonetheless, it was still pleasant only milder. You could add the Purex Crystals as well if you want more fragrance, but I think this was fine for my family.
I didn't get a chance to test this detergent out on more heavily soiled clothes yet with everyone still indoors. However, warmer weather means more outdoor activities and more laundry challenges for yours truly. So I am sure I will put this new detergent through its paces once everyone is playing outside and getting into their usual messes.
