Model Cara Delevingne may be the queen of bold eyebrows, but that doesn't stop her from rocking a smoky eye. Not only did she go for one with a red lip earlier this week, but she went for maybe the most intensely smoky look I've seen in ages just last night. And, man, did she pull it off.
If ever there was a mega-smoky eye, this is it, folks. And it looks pretty fantastic under those brows. What she's got to thank? The attitude. Well, that and good bone structure. But that "Oh, hey, I'm a hot fox who doesn't half-*ss anything" vibe she's got is just amazing. So props to Cara.

Cover Girl has just announced a makeup collaboration with The Hunger Games and I'm pretty curious to see what they will come up with. Katniss doesn't wear much makeup in the film but I'm guessing Cover Girl will work with the movie's makeup artist to come up with a look that's a bit more dramatic.
